These terms apply to the website nuex.digital and the NUEX Social publishing tool atsocial.nuex.digital, operated by NUEX Digital, a trading name of Tom Staggard (ABN 48 652 885 011), Victoria, Australia. By using them you agree to these terms.

1. NUEX Social

NUEX Social lets authorised users schedule and publish content to social media accounts they connect. Access is by invitation only. Paid client services are also covered by the separate agreement or quote we provide.

2. Your responsibilities

• Only connect accounts you own or are authorised to manage.
• You are responsible for the content you publish, and for making sure it complies with the law and with each platform's terms, including theMeta Terms, TikTok Terms,YouTube Terms of Service, Pinterest Terms,X Terms, Reddit User Agreement andDiscord Terms.
• Do not use the service for spam, misleading content, harassment, or anything unlawful.
• Keep your login secure and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.

3. Platform availability

Publishing depends on third-party platforms and their APIs, which can change or become unavailable without notice. We are not responsible for a platform rejecting, delaying or removing content.

4. Suspension

We may suspend or remove access if these terms are breached or to protect the service, other users or connected platforms.

5. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to supplying the services again or paying the cost of having them supplied again, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
