Data deletion instructions

You can remove the data NUEX Social holds about you or your connected accounts at any time.

1. Disconnect the account in NUEX Social

Sign in to social.nuex.digital, open the channel's menu and chooseDisconnect or Delete. This removes the stored access token and stops all publishing to that account.

2. Revoke access from the platform

• Facebook and Instagram: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (Facebook), or Settings → Apps and websites (Instagram), then remove NUEX Social.
• Google, YouTube and Google Business Profile: myaccount.google.com/permissions.
• TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security → Apps and services permissions.
• X: Settings → Security and account access → Apps and sessions → Connected apps.
• Pinterest: Settings → Security and logins → Apps.
• Reddit: reddit.com/prefs/apps → revoke access.
• Discord: remove the NUEX Social bot from your server (Server Settings → Integrations).

3. Ask us to delete everything

Email [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion request" and the account or page names involved. We will confirm your identity and delete your account, connected-channel data, access tokens, scheduled content and uploaded media within 30 days, then confirm by email once it is done.
