This policy explains how NUEX Digital ("we", "us"), a trading name of Tom Staggard (ABN 48 652 885 011), Victoria, Australia, handles personal information through the website nuex.digital and the NUEX Social publishing tool at social.nuex.digital. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

1. Information we collect

Website and contact form

• Your name, email address and the message you send us through the contact form or by email.
• Technical information needed to protect the site from abuse, such as your IP address and browser details, processed by Cloudflare (including Cloudflare Turnstile).

NUEX Social

NUEX Social is a private tool we use to schedule and publish content for ourselves and our clients. When a social media account is connected to it, we collect:

• Account details you log in with (name and email address).
• Basic profile information from connected platforms (account or page name, ID, profile picture and username).
• Access tokens issued by the platform so that we can publish on your behalf.
• Content you create or upload for publishing (text, images and video) and the schedule you set.
• Post and account performance statistics that the platform makes available, such as views, likes and follower counts.

Connected platforms can include Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, Google Business Profile, Pinterest, Reddit, X and Discord.

2. How we use information

• To reply to enquiries and provide the services you ask for.
• To publish, schedule and report on content only on the accounts you have connected and authorised, and only when you or your authorised team members direct it.
• To keep our services secure, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information, use platform data for advertising, or use it to build profiles of people who are not our clients.

3. Google and YouTube data

NUEX Social's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to theGoogle API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. YouTube features use YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to theYouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of your data is described in theGoogle Privacy Policy. You can revoke NUEX Social's access at any time fromGoogle security settings.

4. Sharing

We share information only with:

• The social platforms you connect, when publishing or reading data at your direction.
• Service providers that host or protect our systems, such as Cloudflare (network security and DNS) and our hosting providers.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

5. Storage and security

Data is stored on servers we manage in Australia, reached over encrypted connections. Some providers such as Cloudflare may process data outside Australia. We use access controls, encrypted transport and regular updates to protect information, and we keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires.

6. Your choices and rights

• You can disconnect a social account from NUEX Social at any time, or revoke access from the platform's own settings.
• You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information. See our data deletion instructions.
• If you are unhappy with how we handled your information, contact us first. You can also complain to theOffice of the Australian Information Commissioner.
